How to Select Your Gift Online
To redeem your Ribbon gift, locate the 18-digit redemption number on the back of your Gift Card. Type in the number and double-check it for accuracy. Click “Continue.”
The items in your gift collection will appear. Click on a gift to view a larger image of the item and read the full product description. To order the item, click “Choose.” Fill out the “ship to” information and confirm your product selection. Or, you can click “Close” to return to the original page of the entire collection of items.
You may also continue to view enlarged products by using the “previous” and “next” product links. If you change your mind, choose another item easily by clicking “Change Selection.” After you have confirmed your order, print out the gift confirmation page. Keep this record until your gift selection arrives.
What You Need to Know about Merchandise Offered in the Gift Collections
Gifts are subject to availability. Inventory is replenished throughout the year with new, and sometimes different, stock. We reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value at no additional cost.
Jewelry items are enlarged to show details; most measurements given in descriptions are approximate.

Delivery Information
We'll ship gifts FREE, directly to you. Most gifts arrive in approximately two weeks and can be delivered to addresses in the USA, including Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. See specific product descriptions at ordermygift.com for restrictions.
A physical address and contact telephone number are required for delivery. If you do not have a physical shipping address and need to ship to a PO box, please contact Customer Support at 800-253-6500 for assistance.
Some items are shipped directly from our vendors and/or by truck as noted in the product description. Please allow 2–4 weeks for delivery of these items. Please allow 7–10 business days from receipt of order for delivery of meat items.

Satisfaction Guarantee
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your gift selection, you may return it within 180 days for an exchange. A replacement will be sent immediately upon receipt of returned merchandise.

Gift Returns and Exchanges
When returning or exchanging an item within 180 days, Complete the Merchandise Return Form (PDF 80KB). Include your name, address, a brief description of the gift, and the redemption number shown on the back of your Gift Card.
Gift Card Returns
A Gift Card purchaser may return a Gift Card within 180 days of purchase for an exchange or refund of the Gift Card price and applicable sales tax.
